- an got a new PB for my strength/endurance circuit woop woop) if it's bordering flu like then rest - also if you are getting alot of flu like symptoms this could be a sign of overtraining - so have a good look at your activities/diet and general lifestyle.......Nightnurse is my saviour!!!!.
