Speed ropes are the new addition to www.westfightcompany.co.uk

Used the world over to improve fitness, endurance, stamina, co-ordination, footwork - basically the mutts nutts and a must have for any training bag. I was able to lose alot of flab by skipping and won the old maximuscle comp all thanks to it (and a sh*t load of hard work and determination!)
