Thread: Saturday morning MMA

just been told by my dad theres an mma club in birkenhead, and he was asking me about the saturday sessions iused to train at, but now theyve gone iv not done mma in months. Anyone know clubs on the wirral that train ideally on saturday mornings? preferably those that do both standup and groundwork.
