Just me, or does this sound like a bit of a troll.

I can't see anyone at 15 being "too muscular" unless you are playing with certain substances and hitting the iron intensively...

forget any magic pills/powders or other supplements, losing weight is ALL about the diet, calories in vs calories burned, its that simple

what does your daily diet consist of, i know mine wasnt very clean at all at 15 lol

Any pictures of your physique then? I.e. several so we know what we are actually dealing with (and not e-facts) - ofc you can blur your face out if you want.

sounds like your on the right track really, one thing i would change though is cereal for breakfast, most of it is crap mate, try poached egg on toast or beans on toast, they dont take long to make and are far better for you than 99% of cereal, also make sure the bread you eat isnt white

dont go too hard on yourself for the weekend curry, i do it and ive kept a stable weight for months now after losing a good few pounds recently, 2 stone over the past 2 years or so

    Hi Rotwellier,
Some tips for you to lose weight effectively.
Break your meals in 5 small meals,
Prefer raw food over processed food,
    Increase your water intake,
Avoid beverages, soda and even diet soda,
Drink green tea twice in a day.

Bown/wholemeal bread, rice and pasta are pretty much the same calories as white, the main difference is the quality of those calories - slow burn complex carbohydrates as opposed to quick burn sugary carbs or 'empty calories'.

As for your size meaning that you dont get 'fair' fights because you end up with older, more developed opponants, youre looking at this the wrong way. Thats like saying it wasnt fair for Vitor Belfort to fight Randy Couture because Randy was 15 years older, more experienced and more developed.

The problem isnt your size but your level of experience and technical expertise - the solution therefore is to get better, not smaller and this may mean spending less time in the gym or running and more time concentrating on martial arts technique, drilling and sparring.

You may also need to be a little more discerning about who you compete against - your coach shouldnt be setting you up with people vastly more experienced than you regardless of the fact that you are similar sizes. The fact that I weigh as much as Anderson Silva doesnt mean that a fight between us would be fair and if you are offered a fight with an opponant who is clearly in a different catagory of ability as you then youre a fool to take it. Dont be afraid to turn a fight down.
