    Talking Strict Fat-Loss Diet!!!

    Hello.

I am kind of new to this but i am looking for some guidance in losing some excess weight.

I am 6ft 1 and i weigh at about 17 stone i think. I am looking to get myself down to about 15 stone as thats what i used to weigh and im really getting tired of having this excess weight.

Can anyone give me any advice on a eating regime and best exercise regime to lose the excess body fat.

I know it is down too my personal preferance on what i eat but looking for the best setup for this kind of work.

Thanks for your help and i appreciate it from anyone that helps. :thumb

Burn off more calories than you take in, simple as that.

If you consume more calories than you burn off they get stored in cells as triacyglycerol(fat).

Doesn't matter if you ran 100 miles a day if you still eat shit you won't lose weight unfortunately.

Low calorie diet and exercise is the only answer. I had to sit through a whole semester of biochemistry to learn that haha

Some contradictory/lazy man style advice here- but depending on how dire the situation-

Providing you already train intensively and hit the weights.

Up your cardio to have 20 minute HIIT sessions immediately after a weights session and after a sparring/grappling session.

You should find your diet can be fairly normal (i.e. not strict but not utter trash) and you will obtain a beach body (6 pack, fairly toned up) - but you will never be shredded like a pro-bodybuilder/GSP

Well im due to get my weights bench and that sorted hopefully next week but due to the fact as ive only started doin a mile and half run just too break myself back into the fitness regime. I havent got into the sparring/grappling side of it yet. I need to find a place that does it and i think ive found one just gotta sign up and sort myself out :tuf
