Default Lean mass diet

Lean Mass Diet

Meal 1: All in one shake + oats or 3 egg omelette with peppers/mushrooms/toppings

Meal 2: Chicken/Turkey salad Wrap (wholemeal)

Meal 3: small tuna salad + olive oil dressing

Meal 4: All in one shake + fruit

Meal 5: Beef/pork Steak + rice/potatoes + vegatables

Meal 6: Protein Shake + fruit or egg white omlette or poached eggs on wholemeal toast

Drink at least 2 litres of water daily
