Hi there is a very good brazilian jiu jitsu class at a old theatre on commercial road. Sorry i cant be ne more help then that!

I go to mma in cowplain (waterlooville) if you need more info pm me and i'll give you the details!

The guy that runs it has just started doing mma again after stopping for a break, as well as being a boxing coach a lot of the time, so it hasnt been running long since the break but he deffinately knows what he's doing. come along and see what you think.

theres southcoast submissions at gosport, just type it into google. looks like a full time mma gym.

SouthCoast Submissions is really good - they've produced some really good fighters in MMA and Muay Thai.

Think they organised Shock n Awe...
