Thread: "old school" strength and conditioning in watford

We are in the final stages of preparing to open a specialist "no frills" strength and conditioning gym in watford

we have a selection of punch bags on a lightly matted area where you can train individual techniqes etc

we have a large specialist climbing frame for pullups and other rings work (suspension training)

we have 4 power cages and 1 squat rack as well as 3 lifting platforms

dumbells up to 70kg

kettlebells up to 40kg

various olmpic and thick bars

kegs, sandbags, tyres, sledgehammers, atlas stones, push sled, grip stuff
