    Back at training

My training has been pretty poor over the last year, what with having babies, running the shop etc...ive been back at training properly now for a few weeks and feel great.

Ive been training muay thai under colin Heron at kaobon - after having effectivly 2 years away from muay thai and god how ive missed it, ive got bruises up and down my shins, my back aches, my hips ache, my arms ache....God ive missed that pain :thumb
