same as really johnsons and a random shampoo..
might try a detol soap.. but soap bars in general seem to dry out skin badly.. prefer shower gels.

Hey all, not sure about soap, have to keep it in a bag or something, prefer something I can just squeeze out of a bottle, just easier tbh.

Were getting closer though, keep them coming.

thanks so far for your responses.

I use windolene and lighter fuel. P.s. don't smoke for 20 mins after showering.

i get tied to a car and dragged for one mile across a shingle beach on my back and then one mile back on my front.
take a dip in the sea and pour industiral size domestos over me.
rub it in good and proper into all those gaps and cracks!!!
and i moisturise with rabid dog drool.

In reality i use these gloves you can buy from body shop or boots (they help clean of dead skin/exfoliate) and use some sort of menthol based shower gel to try and help the muscles.
and of course herbal essences shampo.....because i'm worth it!
