Ow do lads
Had my first MMA session today, and proper loved it. We learnt take downs and avoiding jabs.
I was really rigid in my movement, and was worrying that I was doing it all wrong, do you think this will get easier with practice? I hope so, cos I cant wait to go again on Wednesday.

Well done mate I felt the same when I first started training and I felt out of place but having not trained for 6 months I can say that I completely miss it and can't wait to start again on thursday
Let others come after us . . . We welcome the chase.

I went to one in Manchester mate near where I work, called predators. If you live in Huddersfield then its only 30 mins to Picadilly station, then about 10-15 mins walk to the gym.

You've got a fair few in your area mate...
There are some teams in Hudds; Huddersfield MMA, Farrell MMA etc. as well as BJJ with Nova Vida.
Caged Steel in Dewsbury.
Fulinkazan in Bradford.
Few in Leeds inc. True Spirit.
