hi mate - what bodyfat are you???.

I am guessing that a big percentage of this weight will be water (and include a bit of fat) so a large portion of the weight will be easy to lose with a bit of determination - the main thing is to figure out how many calories you need each day to maintain weight - then drop 300-500 calories and keep on training etc - to keep as much muscle as you can keep your protein to anywhere from 1g to 1.8g of protein per pound of target lean body mass (i,e muscle plus 10% bodyfat) - hence why it is important to figure out your bodyfat, it willl also give you an idea of how much muscle you hold - so in turn you will also get a good idea if you will be all muscle etc at 205 (pending what level you are aiming for you would generally want anywhere from 6-15% bodyfat at weigh in, or if not the type to cut and hydrate then generally wanna be around 8 to 10% bodyfat). :thumb that appears to be the general percent's from all the fighters I know of anyway.
