Not the worlds best armbar, good armbar never the less.

Gutted for Doolan, Intrested in seeing how he comes back from this loss.

That armbar would have been easy to drop and roll, but it takes someone who knows grappling arts/via experience to know that. Bit like in ep 2 of this seasons Ultimate Fighter, guy tapped out to a triangle that was very easy to get out of in that position.

If you truly want the best armbars, I think in MMA the best ones will be the flying armbars/juji gutame, but otherwise there are some incredible, and some also very practical - judo armbars too!

I remember one where someone looked like he was going to do a roundhouse to the head but put it into an armbar. That was great.

I do MMA far more than judo, but when I do judo I absolutely love it, somewhat more so than bjj too in terms of fun!

I'm pretty sure Doolan (a full-time pro and the third best BW in the country as it stands) has experience and knowledge of the grappling arts dude!

Slick sub, well executed. Anybody can get caught - even the best.

Ofc he would know it if he thought about it - but that's the point.

Generally speaking, people don't really get caught in guillotines or triangle chokes either anymore because of the understanding of simple escapes.

In fact, it was only in the previous episode of Ultimate Fighter (remember they are all pros) - got taken out by a triangle, and you see Tito Ortiz schooling the guy immediately after telling him how he should have got out etc. etc.
