    Thats hardcore.

    See, thats why I made a thread a few weeks back about where to buy an anti bac spray before working out.

    Now I use an anti viral foam from boots and rub it on my arms, legs and neck before training.

    Also, will use a rash guard everytime before starting up jits again.
