So there i was again at training last night, after receiving an accidental knee to the face whilst lying on the floor!
We were finishing with our usual 3 x 5min grappling only rounds.
I keep finding myself pinned and stuck with a severe lack of options how to get out. I have my opponent in guard and yet again its stale mate. I should add its only my 4th session and perhaps i am expecting too much from myself.
But it annoys the hell out of me!
Twice i tried to shift my hips and roll out but both times i gave up my neck ending up being rear naked choked. God Dammit!!
Any suggestions guys or will it come?
