Well germany had to build grounds and add seating. South africa and brazil need major work and are not safe. We have the infastructure , english clubs have the most representation at the world cup. We have the biggest league. 52 years without the cup here. It would cost a billion , but we would triple that in profit to add, so we could get 3 times as many potholes done, or also do wrestling n muay thai , not just bjj in school.
