    dymatize or phd?

    Which would you recommend?

Dymatize elite gourmet or PHD Pharma whey and why would you recommend it?

They both have similar price/serving amounts

Any flavour recommendations? or is there another product around a similar price/serving amount you would recommend?

currently phd cookie is looking the favourite

Avoid the PHD cookie like the plague, its so fucking tasty you will be instantly hooked and end up down the docks floggin your arse for a mere scoop of whey..

..I found out the hard way :0O

seriously though, I had to change because I just enjoyed it far to muchan started gettin cravings for sweet stuff! Im on reflex banana now which is decent and mixes very well.

Im using the Dymatize Elite Gourmet Chocolate Milk and it is one of the nicest protien shakes i have ever had, in terms of quality and value for money they are both very similar, personally i prefer Dymatize - but PHD is one of the best sellers in the Shop - does anyones post help you decide? or have you been confused more Lol
