Boys if you dont train you WILL get hurt, either pulling something during the fight or leaving your guard down coz your sloppy through not training could get you seriously hurt. One elbow, Knee, Kick or punch to the face could leave you drinking tru a straw for months. My friend got 3 of his ribs broke last month thru a silly mistake like missing a simple take down defence move and not falling properly.
Remember if your fighting always train not worth it.
