    Boys if you dont train you WILL get hurt, either pulling something during the fight or leaving your guard down coz your sloppy through not training could get you seriously hurt. One elbow, Knee, Kick or punch to the face could leave you drinking tru a straw for months. My friend got 3 of his ribs broke last month thru a silly mistake like missing a simple take down defence move and not falling properly.

    Remember if your fighting always train not worth it.

    Theres only 4-6 ppl going at the mo, I didnt go last week coz the session b4 I did a takedown with big gloves and must of twisted my wrist back. Ill be there tonight. I wanna get down to some of Mmaforces classes, but Ive gotta build my stamina and grappling strength up, prob start with sundays as im busy tuesday nights. Do you still go to Myrons thai class in Stevo?

    Oh yeah, and Daves really good, he methodically ties ya up and a few seconds later your tapping

    I currently train three two hour sessions a week so its not as though I am sitting on my ass . When I am getting near a fight i up to five times week. That is where the problem is my work/missus don't like me disapearing every night.
