I think for the peeps who are struggling but want to get in the gym or just put more hours in...basically, get into the routine start off with a day or 2 a week and as your recovery and motivation gets better step it up a session at a time from their....one thing I found helpful was to go straight to the gym rather than go home and sit on the couch - as getting back up to go the gym gets less and less likely as time goes by...However, at the end of the day you have to say to yourself what do you want more...skills and conditioning or watching the end of Eastenders...luckily for me I hate programmes like that - so it was always the extra nudge off the couch I needed. :thumb

Haha, agreed! I hate Eastenders lol. I like to train and as I've got my fight coming up, I need to train that little bit harder.

I work part-time and haven't set my foot in a gym or dojo in many months, 7 days a week.
