Thread: New UFC game

My mate bought it today, and had a few lads over to play it. It strikes me as odd, that lads who have never watched UFC suddenly think there good enough to be world champions because they knocked Brock Lesnar out on the Xbox. One of em said, " im gonna go out and buy a tapout t shirt and hat" It baffles me.

yeah mate, it's what has annoyed me about the ufc game .. a lot of people have played the game and then think they know all about the ufc now .. judging by the fighter stats .. I really don't talk MMA with anyone outside this forum a few friends and people from the gym ...

Yeah, its like I could go chokeslams on the wwe games, but id be buggered if I try that on someone for real. Theyve gotta remeber its a game, ie if you fly a plane on a game, doesnt qualify you as a pilot.
On the other hand, if it gets them out to a gym and hooked into training, then the UFC suceeds in bring more ppl into the sport.
