I think about the fact that I'll be letting myself, my coaches and my gym name down. I don't wanna look like a tool in the fight haha.

sometimes if i am really un motivated i jump on youtube and watch some ones highlight videos that normaly fires me up, and u always always feel better after a hard sesh.

I dunno I just get up and do it, bit of budo spirit that's all I think. The more of my mind that just says don't bother, the more that tiny rebelious section of my current mood flares up and takes aggressive action and normally overcomes the bit that says don't bother, which makes me still push on no matter how much the don't bother sides kicks and screams.
Feel the fear and do it anyway.
