    Sports Massage

Training nine times a week 2 a day for the most part has taken its toll Finally, And the thing is i didnt injure myself during training!
Funnily enough i was just trying to pull the covers off the missus and my fore arms twitched! ouchh! Went to the Gym yesterday and my coaches missus gave me a sports massage to straighten out my muscle fibres! now seriously it hurt like hell! biting down sort of pain!
Ne way started training still abit sore, but afterwards the pain was gone!
Couldn't believe it! today im fine! and going to training at 3ish:thumb

Amazing! you lot ever had a miracle massage???:gh:laugh:

I had a true miracle massage many years ago( no not one of them ya pervs). I've had a slightly curved spine since I was a kid( I got ran over, such good fun). I've had lots of medication lots of Dr this an that. You name it. Then when I was in my late twenties I met this Asian guy that did this thing on my back and legs. Man it was painfull. I could hardly walk the next day. But touch wood , to this day I haven't had any pain from my spine since.

I'm seriously giving this consideration. I'm still not getting my full movement in my knee since my operation (due to tightness in my hamstrings/knee when I bend). Physio is doing all she can, but pain will be pain. I'm trying to power through it, but it does get hard.

Might just go to the chinese herbal remedy/massage place in town tomorrow. Could be worth a quick 20 minutes.
