    Will let you know how i get on. I had never stepped foot into a court in my life until this year, earlier on in the year i had jury duty for 2 weeks and now this :laugh:

    btw you wouldn't know what the deal is with court fees is do you? No one has really explained it to me.

    That is a real hit and miss question. As it wont be a long trial they could be as minimal as about £15 if anything, although they can be higher. Prosecution may make an application for costs but you will only know on the day what they may or may not ask for.
    That is a long winded way of saying 'Who Knows!'
