Thread: Working the heavy bag.

Can anyone recommend any youtube links or vid links to a good demonstration of punching the heavy bag? Also I'm using 14 oz gloves should I go lighter? If so what bag mitts to buy?

12oz maybe good - what weight are you?.

I'm 11 stone on the nose. I want to put a stone on.

12oz are fine then.

Would lift weights rather than concentraiting on the heravy bag tho - if you wanna pack on a stone.
