Thread: cage control

just wonderin does anybody know where i can find some cage control technique videos. been noticing recently alot on succesful fighter all use the cage some way or another. chae sonnel for example:happy::yes:

I tried finding some stuff on this but couldnt :no:
all i tend to do is stay aggressive but not going crazy causing them to back of then when they get by the cage obv getting in a clinch then focus more on keeping them there than attacking same on the floor i focus more on holding the dominate position than trying to g&p or submit etc. could be talking bullshit but it works for me :thumb
