    UK Heavyweights

What is the scene like for heavyweights in the UK?

I'm not up to speed at all with the uk mma scene, or even the ufc for that matter at the moment.

After his next fight in UFC James McSweeney will be back on the UK scene. I will apologise now.

Why do we hate McSweeney? Because he's a tool...

UK heavyweight scene is relatively healthy; Rob Broughton, Tengiz, Oli Thompson seems to be getting better, Rob Davison, Stav Economou (I think that's how you spell it anyway), Mustapha al Turk, Karlos Vemola, all doing pretty well currently. It's not great at HW to be brutally honest and there's not too many of these guys that will get a shot at the big show (UFC).

To be honest we have some MUCH better LHW prospects in Jimmy Manuwa, Tom Blackledge, Linton Vassel, Przemyslaw Mysiala, Jake Bostwick and Valentino Petrescu.

I wouldn't say LHW was a very deep division at all in the UK. WW and below are great, particularly 170lbs and 155lbs.
