Pain in the elbows
Need some advice. Was training last week and noticed pain in my elbows, thought it was sore muscles.
The following day it felt like i had dead arms, not nice. Left it a few days before training. Had a few rounds on the heavy bag, Pain came back.
Was training mma tonight, after grappling for about 10 minutes i thought i couldnt go on as my arms were just f*cked. I did go on for the rest of the session. Then had to hold cold water bottles on my arms for about an hour.
Any get this? Had this? know what to do about it?
Cheers for any help you can give.

Rest. You've probably hurt your tendons doing something, and you're only aggrivating it more.
Just keep icing it up and if it doesn't get any better, then you're fucked (so go to a doctor)

Sounds to me like a slight hyper-extension of the elbows when you've been rolling. The repetetive impact of hitting the heavy bag wont do you any favours if you've slightly opened the joints and over-stretched the tendons and ligaments.
Ice both elbows for 10-15 minutes each to bring out any sweeling and deep tissue soreness, and progressively roll back into the Jits and striking until you can comfortably handle 3 or 4 rounds.
