for wrestling definatley yes ive heard and i may be wrong that some mma clubs separate people at different levels which has its plus points

however most wrestling clubs (apart from the british squad) mix u up, i wrestled in a comp once this guy who came 3rd in africa (who trains at kensington) wen he realised how shit i was compared to him he took it easy on me as opposed to suplexing on my head 27 times!

yeah london shootfighters is meant to be good but i heard that they dont pay much attention to the newcomers they keep busy with their best
