    Wink Rash Guard Or Not?

Been doing muay thai for a while and I'm looking to do some BJJ very soon. Was wondering about maybe getting a rash guard. What are the pros and cons of using one? I know that certain rash guards keep you cool but is there anything else? Would love to hear from someone with BJJ experience.

    Thanks

Wouldn't even say it keeps you cool.

It will stop burns, rashes, grazes, blood marks/stretches/skin tears.

More importantly- bacteria from entering said grazes etc. Check the other thread- staph infections etc.

also stops you subbing yourself and getting stuck - I once got my own foot stuck in a baggy tee and ended up losing my attempt to get back to half guard and then got raped - which was nice!!!....that rash is just nasty.
