    achilies

    done sometnin to my achilies but sore to walk on but ive still been out running and such every mornin is this stupid will i make it worse?

    it does sound stupid, but i used to have a lot of problems with my a tendon. i used to just train through it. it was like tennis elbow.

    if you have done some sudden damage to it , then yeh , you could do with chillin for a bit.

    I'd lay off it for a bit as it could become a lot worse. It may be a case of just your training/running shoes rubbing the tendon if they are not u-cut at the back but i wouldn't chance it.

    yer i think im gonna giv it a couple of day my trainers are sound though they are propper good runnin trainers. dunno wot i did to it probably happened wen i was drunk at the weekend ither way dont wanna make it worse.

    why not just pop into your local minor injurys clinic and get them to have a quick look at it that way you know for defo what the problem is?
