And good shout on goats Milk - i used to drink this as a child, helped my eczema.
Just don't like the prices, seems more expensive and fatty than the skimmed milk i drink now??
To be honest we get our goats milk free from a local farmer whos good friends with the family.yeah it is more fatty than skimmed milk but its good stuff if ya want rid of eczema, also for all the time you will be using it i dont think it would upset a diet too much.
dont quote me on this now but i would imagine its so good due to the high amounts of 'good bacteria' it has in it.
I am a shark, the mats are my ocean, fancy a swim?

STE .. you should try the sauna a few times, and see if you gain any more weight .. if you do, then go to the doctor

but for me, I just sweat a lot and my skin gets better

My Eczema has got alot worse, causing a few arguments with the woman as its keeping her awake at night due to my scratching...

Switched to goats milk now, only drinking that, maybe it will do the trick.

As for the sauna, i'm putting it down to shit scales and it not being a substantial amount of weight difference,
