Marc used to work in a pharmacy - probably in Kensington, Liverpool hence the high dose  ...Ibuprohen is always my drug of choice for pulls and strains - otherwise just good old cryogel (or arnica if outta stock) for bumps and bruises anything else is normally a visit to a sports physio!....oh the joy of the older athelte (no offence is intended to actual athelete's with this reference)
