What are your top OTC pain killers?
As the title says really, mainly for muscular pain since were all in a contact sport.

personally i think ibuprofen is best for muscular pain. also reduces inflamation

Morphine!!!!!! or 800mg of Ibuprofen usually sorts out some aches and pains - if its a headache or soething though then very strong co-codamol usually kills is

Marc used to work in a pharmacy - probably in Kensington, Liverpool hence the high dose :laugh: ...Ibuprohen is always my drug of choice for pulls and strains - otherwise just good old cryogel (or arnica if outta stock) for bumps and bruises anything else is normally a visit to a sports physio!....oh the joy of the older athelte (no offence is intended to actual athelete's with this reference)

Marc never, that's why he got fired :laugh: ...explains alot (if Marc's been taken 800mg all these years!).... seriously Marc knows his stuff when it comes to prescription drugs (an all other nutrition for that matter - he can even pronouce the names, which is beyond me most days).
