You may have noticed this is a pet hate of mine, training when virused up or ill at all is so stupid and selfish. You give it to veryone else and prolong it all.
First off adress your diets and protein intake, then your training schedule with regards time and how long each session. More is seldom better, recovery is waaaay more important than a lot of people realise.

Are you eating enough for the training your doing dude? Maybe your body is becoming run down because of not eating enough and too much training?

could be on the money there iceman, ive just got my Vit Cs and Zinc tabs thru the post today. Gunna be getting my immuniazation on.

I need to get more vits, I'm only taking multi-vits just now, Ran out of cod liver oil and vitamin C. I have a large order for Marc once i get some money toghether.
