You may have noticed this is a pet hate of mine, training when virused up or ill at all is so stupid and selfish. You give it to veryone else and prolong it all.

First off adress your diets and protein intake, then your training schedule with regards time and how long each session. More is seldom better, recovery is waaaay more important than a lot of people realise.

Too right.

I still want to go gym, even as I have a cold now but not fair on others, even to just do some rowing or cycling.

Just did some skipping in the conservatory instead.
