    Have you not tried a sports physio???...I'm guessing this was at a hospital?.

    If they are just tight then I'm sure a sports physio would A)sort you out B)Be able to tell you what your limitations maybe when doing this...as I'm guessing if you went the hospital they have said lay off training (probably for a long time) and are gonna get you "mobile" to what joe average is...instead of fit.

    Either way bad luck mate...hope you sort yourself out:thumb.

    Was a poditrest or sumn to do with feet lol don't ask y I went there with bad knees its a long story, and I saw loadsa ppl they where all pretty bafled but they did take there time which is more than my doc did!! But nah they said I'm good to keep training and tht the stretches will help only thing I'm not alowed to do is squats because my legs r outa place and there making it worse. They actualy said the wieghts and sports have helped!!!

    You know the only way this will work;

    1) Surgery (IF REQUIRED)

    2) Physio (If required, blatantly required tho )

    3) Conditioning. THE most important aspect. We're talking plyometrics and with resistances (i.e. weight training).
