Ey up lads, was havin a spar with me mate last night n as I went to throw a jab with my left and my shoulder felt like it popped out then back in, the pain wasnt too bad, but its quite sore today.

What do you suggest? Should I go to me GP?

Yes .. I try and not take too mny risks with injuries .. no harm in going to the gp mate , not like it costs

I second that advice and I would also put an ice pack or bag of peas on it to reduce any inflammation.
