    can boots cause shin splints?

    I've never got shin splints before until I ordered a new pair of work boots from the openreach clothing supply store (cheapest crap ever) and since then I get them every time I train. Can the footwear you wear cause shin splints? I've noticed that if i jog to my van in the boots I get them straight away

    right, thats Openreach getting sued then haha for ruining my promising fight career (when I finally get back to training) lol
