Thread: Better late than never

Just wanted to introduce and say hello to all.

Started a few threads and also made a few comments already, then i saw this section.
Gotta take the opportunity to say thanks to Marc especially but all the others that have given good comments and advice.

Fairly new to it all really.
I do Krav Maga/Muy Thai in London once a week and also do BJJ at the Boiler room Hamersmith at Carlson Gracie.
Been doing it all for only three weeks now in total, but loving it both.
Started with just wanting to get in shape and "Jason Bourne" the shit out of someone.....joking!!!
Find this forum by chance and i think i'm on here all the time.
Not really into the whole competing part of it but who knows maybe,
more concentrating on getting myself into shape, drop some weight, build my core strength and find those abs from years gone by! :tuf

sounds like you got nice clear goals and hopefully that will help you keep motivation going.. plus the fact your clearly enjoying it too lol.
