    Arrow Jusr Getting Started

    Hi there,
I'm just looking into which style I'd like to take up, I've been in the gym constantly for 4 months to get some level of fitness before I start (I'll probably find I'm not as in shape as I think I am, but should be in a fair place to start from). I train 5 days a week and do a lot of running as well as functional strength training / circuits (kettlebells, bodyweight exercises etc) working with a trainer in my local gym.
I live in Bedfordshire and so far I've visited Total Dojo in Milton Keynes to look at MMA classes and I'm trying a Muay Thai class at Eagles Team Gym in Bedford tommorow night. Be glad to hear anyones views on styles or clubs to train at. Having a look around at exactly what to focus o but I'm very enthusiastic about it.
Anyway I hope to be posting quite regularly so just a message to say hello.

welcome. The eagles gym has excellent thai, well known club and trainers. Cant comment on the mma side of things. Your doing the best thing of visiting both.
