    Hey all, new to the forum

    Just saying hi to everyone and introducing myself. I'm Rick and I'm training with Dave Dillon at the moment at Powerbeck in Chorley. I'm originally a kickboxer then boxer so my stand up is the strongest aspect of my game I feel. I have done various martial arts over the years but I'm now concentrating on MMA as a whole.
    I'm really into BJJ though, I love fighting on the ground, I'm trying to improve my ground game more than anything.

    I'm fighting in September Semi-Pro so I'm training really hard at the minute.

    I'm hoping joining the forum will help me improve by picking up a few tips & tricks.

    Look forward to getting to know a few of you :thumb

    Cheers guys, enjoying the forum so far, picked up a few good tips :thumb

    Yea I thought it was strange to see a few lads from Blackburn being a small place n all.

    A bit gutted as well marc, just spent £300 on Hayabusa gear off eBay, wish I'd joined a few days sooner I'd of bought it off you!
