Hi Adam, I'm new too, I believe that there may be a place in aberdare that does mma training, but I know that there is in merthyr, not sure where though. Alternatively there is a gym on city road in Cardiff, just by miss millies and Prospeed exhausts that does mma on a Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. I'm on my phone at the mo, but it's called something like mad dog gym. Try googling that.

There is active body's in merthyr. talanted bunch of guys from what i could see on their last show. there is also streetstyle jujitsu in merthyr too!
Also streetstyle in tylorstown at extreme gym
