Hi all,
I did a little Muay Thai at university with Bob Spour - notice his initials o: but it was only weekly. I was a stoner/piss-head/generally messy person and my fitness was terrible. Around January this year I started training daily by myself: taking long runs, skipping, doing general exercises, bag work and even yoga :laugh: got back on track and now I leave the messy stuff to the kids.
Will start going to some classes soon to improve my technique and get some partner practice.
Anyhow, enough babbling, was only going to say hello![]()
