Hi, I would stick with one until you feel that that is your base and it's strong enough and then work from there.

    welcome

    thanks guys.

my local gym would be bstmma based in northamptonshire. due to the injury i have missed out on starting at sparring in the kickboxing. but i hope to start by sept. i would like to get atleast a few more months with the sparring side of it done before i start going to a mma gym.

Id say if youre really confident striking, then have a crack at some BJJ and Judo. BJJ obviously concentrates on groundwork (SO SO IMPORTANT) and the Judo will be great for grappling, controlling your opponent and learning some nice throws and takedowns. If you go to an MMA club then they will prob train in both these so go for an MMA class as the normal Judo or BJJ classes are usually taught with a gii (suit). Just give everything a go Id say and see how you feel.
