im very new to mma and really wanting to get involved and start training somewhere, im based in keswick and have not done any kind of contact sports before but something about mma really interests me and just wondering if you knew of any clubs near keswick that i could go and check out???

Hey, im in Carlisle, also lookin for mma classes, have you had any joy finding one, there is a dojo place 2 mins away from me

I am from Barrow and weve got two clubs fight factory and evolution

I hear atlas gym is doing mma classes. My brother also does Sombo/jui jitsu in carlisle too with a guy called Michael Tedham. I can find out where its at if you like??

And the one at atlas is on on Wednesday night. My step dad has just started doing it he's 45 lol.
He says its loads and loads of cardio.
