    Hello everyone.

    Hello,

firstly i would like to say that im only 15 and that MMA fighting is only one of the possible career ( if thats the right word for this sort of thing) choices im seriously considering.

Now right now im not in the best physical condition at all but i do enjoy excercise when i have the motivation to do it.

so basically what im looking for is a outline or if you can be bothered a more detailed explaination of how i go from mr not so fit to something i can be proud of.

Join a good MMA gym, however, if you're low on self esteem, just get yourself into a good condition by going for runs on the park or something

    Get a good balanced diet

stay away from supplements, you don't need them at your age

    GIVE 100% EFFORT

Make sure you do well in school ..

Welcome to the forum mate - I think most people on the forum will agree that the only way you can ever get close to making this a viable career option is to work your arse off and surround yourself with people who can help and nurture your skills.

As jeeves said, do your best in school - it can certainly help you get a job while you train, Not many people are lucky enough to train/fight full time, So the majority of us work to pay for our training as well as having to live in general!
