Thread: Danny Dyers Deadliest Men

Flicking through the channels i noticed this was on Virgin 1 so i decided to watch it. Last night it was about Barrington "Zulu" Patterson. It showed you him training for his last MMA bout and showed you the fight. Anyone else watch this last night?

IMO They didnt let us down on making MMA out to be such a bad violent sport etc etc. Usual media crap!!!!

The one he did with the Butlins was much better! They destroyed him in training.

Saw it about a year or two ago ...

Seems like a cool guy now, Im sure Dyer would have been killed if he made MMA look bad .. and to be fair, if you watch how much heart goes into mma .. and look at the sport properly, you'll see its not barbaric

I watched 105 i had recorded, on sunday with my GRANDMA !!! She's 70 year old Indian woman, with Indian morals .. and she said it was horrible how they beat each other at the start .. she by the end was loving it !! She was happy when she saw fighters hug and touch gloves and show respect to one another .. She thought it was exciting how they fight, and loved how much heart fighters showed .. and hw refs can stop fights , and how safe it is

Tv producers, News Editors and so on will single out MMA as being barbaric and disgusting yet will put people like Danny Dyer on our tv screens and in the newspapers day by day....

Its bad to participate in a sport with rules, disciplines, doctors and so on... yet it's ok to get coked up all the time, act like a cockney gangster, and shoot and kill people in movies that young impressionable kids are watching.

I'd love to snap that guys arm off
