Yeh it's pretty awesome, he has different ones though.
The problem is, the guy does zero weight workouts but in reality he spent most of his training hitting heavy weights and I don't mean circuit training either. The guy had upper legs (thighs and hamstrings) like a rhino! That's some hardcore squats, leg presses and lunges!
