Its still about 90% done, but its been on the backburner for the last few weeks as I've had a few guys have matches at short notice and we've been training overtime. Also with getting stuff done for Razorstorm, MMAUnltd and my own site its been hectic.

Another problem is that I keep getting new ideas all the time, and being a perfectionist I keep going back over each part and changing things!

Also I have so many sections to it Im not sure how to package it all.

What I may do is get some more Bodyweight stuff on here and my site for you guys until I have some time to dedicate properly to getting the ebook done. All I can say is that it'll definately be worth it!

There are approximately 20 workouts included so far, including modified Tabata workouts, Escalating Density Training and Martin Rooney's "Hurricane Circuits" modified for bodyweight training effectiveness.

You'll also have the Bonus E-book included on Stability Ball Training, with my 50 top stability ball exercises for core strength (if you haven't already had the e-book sent to you as a suscriber to my site).

Right now the price is going to be around £20 for the Body Weight Bible E-book, all the Bonus Chapters and the Bonus Stability Ball E-Manual.

But I'm working on a package deal where you will recieve another VERY COOL e-manual I hope to write on one of my all-time favourite Power Endurance protocols and a £5 discount if you are a suscriber to RealCombatConditioning.com.

So you just need to become a suscriber to get an extra E-manual included, as well everything else for just £15!

If anyone has any more ideas about content or training advice they'd like to learn about, you can still let me know and I'll try to add any new sections if I get time.

Justin, good work! the book looks good. I like the work you been doing so far, I did the MMA CSCC course with JC too, (the later one).

Not to derail the thread, but are going to the level 2 course in may? just curious mate?

Are you covering any partner bodyweight exercises?

El giggity - Thats great, I hope you enjoyed the course? Are you also a trainer? Will you be attending the level 2?

I will be attending the Level 2 in May. I can pretty much guarantee I'll be attending all the levels JC decides to implement, I want to go all the way with it. If you want to be the best you've got to keep learning from the best right!

Yeah many of the Partner Exercises will be covered in one of the Bonus Chapters included with the book. I've been using a whole lot of different ones from what JC showed us too.

I've been using Bodyweight training to get martial artists in shape for over 7 years now so I've got a massive collection of my own favourite workouts that will be included.

Yeah I hope to be over in may as well, should be a great experience again.

Cool mate, the book's sounding good! I'll keep a look out for it.
