A tribute with himself as the narator, his ego never surprises me lol, but on a serious note, hes sensible to retire now(if thats what we are to believe), or a good business man who has used this to advertise the fact he has experiance and knowlegde, so join his school.

I was a huge fan of him during his stint in the UFC and he was part of that first generation of real mixed martial artists such as Ortiz, Liddell, Tanner, Horn, Miletich and co who were fighting at the same time and helped make the sport what it is today.

He was a great fighter, probably the best of the bunch at the time. Shame he spent what were probably the best years of his life in semi-retirement.

word is hes fighting pedro rizzo on the 17th july? on the same card is paul daley and bob sapp. and its gonna be on sky 480 for a tenner? how true i dont know only grape vine talk tho.
