a basic workout bike (technically the mrs's lol), a dumbell and barbell set.. a resistance band chest thingy, a balance ball thingy (again mrs's) then some random handgrips and a sit up cradle thingy. ha.. just realised we have quite alot between us

My focus initially is fat loss and cardio.. I guess getting my bodyfat down first i guess would make life easier to then do cardio and then tone/strength.

I just need a plan for my lunch time 30mins.. so i dont feel im wasting it. I guess for now stick to the current routine. we do alot of bodyweight exercises during kickboxing warmup and im looking to go to a mma specific gym/class twice a week too so hopefully that should even it out. :)

little help please my goals are size and strength i train mma and need to get stronger ive tried a few things but not much luck could you help create a full week to week workout from your strength programe
