    Saddolah's Muay Thai

All I gotta say is respect to that man. His Muay Thai was amazing at UFC 106. I think it showed how effective that style is if you train it hard. I'm glad I'm doing Muay Thai seperate from MMA classes now as I think you get a much better grasp on it that way. Saddolah was training Muay Thai hardcore in Holland, so I heard. Amazing performance from the lad. :tuf

Is right, Marc. At one point I remember Baroni's left thigh looking like it had swollen to double the size. And those flying knees. Jesus. Respect to Baroni for keeping battling on though. Even wore the crazy sunglasses at the end too, lol.

Agreed! do you remember Nate Quarry vs Khaleb Starbes? all we did was work leg kicks and Muay Thai for weeks before his fight, decent topl level MuayThia is hard to counter and work around

heres a thai fight (not full rules i guess) that he had before his time on TUF, but hes probably come on leaps and bounds from training out in holland.
